Launches a new Afternoon Tea experience
Since opening in 2022, The Ivy Royal Windsor Brasserie has been the go-to for quite the foodie experience. Located within the heart of Windsor and catering for up to 140 guests, the brasserie offers sophisticated and friendly all-day dining to both residents and visitors alike. Situated at 31 High Street, The Ivy Royal Windsor Brasserie is honoured to be located opposite one of the country’s most famous landmarks, Windsor Castle. The largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world, it was constructed in 1070 AD by William the Conqueror and has a rich tapestry of history, filled with heroic knights, royal princesses and more, making Windsor an idyllic setting for one of the newest additions to The Ivy Collection.
The Ivy Royal Windsor Brasserie serves modern British classics from dawn until dusk, including breakfast, coffee, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and cocktails. The brasserie’s extensive menus incorporate a selection of classic, seasonal dishes, including crispy duck salad with five spice dressing, toasted cashews, watermelon, beansprouts, sesame seeds, coriander and ginger, The Ivy shepherd’s pie, and salmon and smoked haddock fish cake with crushed pea and herb sauce and a soft poached hen’s egg. For those with a sweet tooth, the brasserie’s desserts will be fit for a king, with creations including the much-loved crème brûlée, apple tart fine, and chocolate bombe, a royal blend of melting chocolate with a vanilla ice cream, honeycomb center, and hot salted caramel sauce.
The critically acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio consulted on the brasserie’s interiors, as with The Ivy Collection’s sister sites. Notable features include colourful artwork inspired by the local area, and floral designs curated by Art Consultant Adam Ellis, marble flooring, soft furnishings and pendant lighting – all creating a stylish, yet laid-back environment for all-day dining and cocktails.
Now, The Ivy Asia Windsor has introduced a brand-new dining experience, The Ivy Asia Weekend Brunch. To kickstart the culinary adventure, guests will enjoy both Steamed Edamame and Crispy Wontons to share, followed by a choice of four irresistible main courses, including a Salmon Sashimi and Avocado Rice Bowl, a delightful fusion of succulent salmon and creamy avocado, or Spiced Avocado and Toasted Paratha, a bold combination of flavours featuring lime and red chilli. For a classic Asian-inspired dish, guests can choose Char Siu Pork Belly and Kimchi Egg Fried Rice; or for a real taste of brunch, Sesame and Honey Fried Chicken Waffles with miso butter and lime, promises a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
